Limited Lifetime Warranty

Our NATO-1 throw-offs and snare drum shells are built to last, so we warrant them for life.

What's covered

For the life of the product, Sonique LLC warrants these products against defects in craftsmanship:

- The NATO-1 family of throw-offs: the Original NATO-1, the NATO-1 XL, and all variants of the NATO-1
- Sonique snare drum shells, all series

"Lifetime" means the life of the product, not the life of whoever owns it.

Who's covered

Anyone who owns the product. You don't need:

- Proof of purchase or a receipt
- To have bought it from Sonique or from a specific dealer
- To be the original owner

The warranty stays with the product, whoever owns it.

What isn't covered

- Normal wear and tear, including finish wear, scratches and protective coating wear
- Damage from accidents, drops or misuse
- Damage from extreme heat, cold, humidity or moisture
- Products modified or repaired by anyone other than Sonique
- Natural variation in wood grain, figure and color
- Cosmetic flaws disclosed at the time of sale, such as on B-Stock drums
- Drum parts other than the shell: hoops, lugs, tension rods, heads, snare wires, straps and finish.

What we'll do

If your shell or throw-off has a defect in craftsmanship, we'll repair or replace it, at our choice. If the item is a wood species we no longer carry or a wood species not in-stock, we'll replace it with a comparable, in-stock shell.

How to make a claim

Email sales@soniquedrums.com with your name, the product, a description of the problem and enough photos of the item to establish that it is a bonafide Sonique Drums product. You will be required to cover round-trip shipping for the item.

All other products

All other Sonique products are sold without a warranty from Sonique Drums, except where your local law provides otherwise. Brands, such as Gator cases, are covered only by that maker's warranty, if any.

Your rights

Repair or replacement is your only remedy under this warranty. Sonique LLC is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state and country to country.
