Refund policy

Returns
We allow 30 days from the date you received your order to set up a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at sales@soniquedrums.com or go to https://account.soniquedrums.com to process a self-serve return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Orders placed on or between December 24th - December 26th are granted 35 days to request a return. All returns except for snare drums are charged a restocking fee of 10% of the product price. Return shipping for buyers remorse is $5.00 USD.
If your return is denied for condition, you may be offered a store credit for the cost of the item or we can mail the item back to you at no cost.
Exchanges
We allow 15 days from the date you received your order to set up an exchange. Orders placed on or between December 24th - December 26th are granted 35 days to request an exchange. All exchanges except for snare drums carry a $5.00 USD shipping fee for the exchanged product.
Manufacturer Defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All defective parts can be returned at no cost to you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Snare drums and drum set orders are charged a 50% restocking fee if the order is cancelled at any point before being fulfilled due to the high cost of raw materials and labor intense nature of the product. We do not accept returns for apparel. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: the 14-day cooling-off period doesn't apply to
- plane and train tickets, as well as concert tickets, hotel bookings, car rental reservations and catering services for specific dates
- goods and drinks delivered to you by regular delivery – for example a milk delivery
- goods made to order or clearly personalised – such as a tailor-made suit
- sealed audio, video or computer software, such as DVDs, that you have unsealed
- online digital content, if you have already started downloading or streaming it and you agreed that you would lose your right of withdrawal by starting the performance
- goods bought from a private individual rather than a company/trader
- urgent repairs and maintenance contracts – if you call a plumber to repair a leaking shower, you can't cancel the work once you have agreed on the price of the service

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@soniquedrums.com.
