Bead King Beaded Snare Adapter
The Bead King™ is the successor to the original BS1 beaded snare adapter. The Bead King offers expanded compatibility to other throw offs that also use a 7/8" hole spacing. It also features a larger arch cutout to accommodate a wide variety of snare bead sizes and longer mounting slots to accommodate variances in hole spacing as it relates to the location of the bead.
Currently in manufacturing and expected to fulfill/ship by March 15th 2026.
Bead King Beaded Snare Adapter Overview
The Bead King™ is an all aluminum, CNC machined adapter that is designed to retro-fit throw offs using the 7/8" hole spacing to beaded snares that typically use the traditional Ludwig hole spacing range of 2.00" to 2 11/16".
The Bead King™ Beaded Snare adapter is made from machined aluminum, weighing less than 1 ounce, and the mounting side matches the curvature of the snare drum. This design detail provides a perfect fit against the shell. The introduction of the Bead King™ now gives drummers the ability to retro-fit any NATO family throw off, or other throw offs to their favorite beaded snare.

The countersunk screws are used for the throw off side. The bolts are used for the snare side. Three different bolt lengths are included to accomodate varying shell thickness.
