Stage Series Snare Details
Whether you're gearing up for that summer tour, weekend gig, or Sunday church service, the Stage Series snare is built to handle whatever you can hit it with. Our anodized aluminum lugs are machined to match the shell curvature, which means the loads of gaskets all over a typical drum are now unnecessary; which helps the drum be the best it can be. Made from steam-bent, single-ply wood, each shell is hand-finished with tung oil and buffed to a satin finish. Every Stage Series snare is equipped with cast aluminum hoops, anodized aluminum half moon lugs, and stainless steel tension rods.

Solid Shell Construction
- Every snare shell is constructed of a single piece of wood that is steam-bent.

Simplified Unibody Lug
- A simple but elegant unibody lug eliminates all moving parts found in modern lugs today (springs, swivel nuts, etc) that will break down over time and create unwanted rattling.
- Unique lug backing plate to control torque loads under high tension.
Machined Tension Rods
- Our tension rods are made from either stainless steel or a custom bronze alloy, making them incredibly strong and able to endure the test of time.
- Machined from solid materials and never plated or cast from cheaper alloys.
Thoughtful Hardware Design
- All hardware is comprised of a custom solid brass alloy that is protected with multiple coats of lacquer, 7076 aluminum, or stainless steel.
- No gaskets. No dampening. Just pure, natural resonance.
- All hardware is made to fit the natural curvature of the shell.
